This is a wwwboard, the same as 100's of other boards across the net.

The board lists all previous messages (well, not those that have been deleted).
You can read the previous messages by clicking on them.
If you read a previous message and want to reply then click "Post Followup".

Start a new topic by entering your message onto the main page Health Issues Discussion Board.

To post a message:
1. You must enter a name (but an alias is OK)
2. Whether you enter your email address is optional
3. You must enter a subject (title) which describes the theme of your message - up to 6 words is fine. If you are posting a follow-up then the subject will already say "Re: [the subject of the previous message]". If you want you can change this.
4. Then you type in your message. The program does word wrap so you can just type in one long line if you want. If you are posting a follow-up then the previous message will already be in the box. You can edit or delete this if you want (a good idea if it was a long message).
5. If you have a link you'd like to include you can put the address in the link box.
6. Finally you click "Post message" and off it goes. (The Reset button just clears the screen of the entries you have made.)  If you later have second thoughts about it you can always email Andrew and ask for it to be removed!
